There's a huge fare war to Amsterdam (AMS) going on at the moment. It's extremely rare to see the major airlines drop a price to Europe like this from Halifax.

Just noticing that Condor still has plenty of cheap fares from Halifax to Europe in August. Here's the ones I've found for around $700 roundtrip after tax or less so far...

Take a look at Condor's flights to Europe in the summer at the moment. They seem to have dropped significantly, by at least 30%, including some extremely cheap ones to Frankfurt, Germany.

Looks like Air Transat's April flights from Halifax to London, UK have dropped to about 25% cheaper than their closest competition.

IcelandAir has some really cheap flights to Reykjavik, Iceland up until about June 20.

Airfares from Halifax to London have been stuck at around $900 roundtrip after tax or more on the major carriers for quite a while.

Halifax hasn't had too many great deals to Europe in a while, but hopefully that will change in 2011 with Condor flying in and out of YHZ.

Try July 2nd to 9th on Orbitz, from Halifax to KEF (easier than typing Reykjavik) it's showing up as $576 roundtrip after tax.
