Icelandair has dropped the price of their June flights from Halifax to Reykjavik, Iceland down to $529 CAD roundtrip including taxes. The flights are nonstop both ways. You can also find Saga Premium Class flights for $1330 CAD roundtrip, around 60% cheaper than usual. (Officially these are categorized as Business Class flights, but Icelandair's Saga Premium Class flights are known for essentially being a Premium Economy seat with some business class type amenities.)

WestJet has dropped the price of their flights from Halifax to Las Vegas, Nevada down to $248 CAD roundtrip including taxes. The flights have 1 stop in Calgary each way. I consider $248 roundtrip to be WestJet's clickbait (CB) price because it doesn't include checked luggage or carry-on. Not exactly a realistic way to travel. It's a price offered primarily to appear to be the cheapest in search engines and then upsell you. $350 roundtrip is the more realistic price because at least it includes checked luggage. But those with the WestJet World Elite credit card can take advantage of the clickbait price as it includes free checked luggage.

WestJet has dropped the price of their flights from Halifax to Lisbon, Portugal and Madrid, Spain down to between $550 and $650 roundtrip including taxes. The flights are nonstop both ways. Halifax to Barcelona, Spain is also available for a similar price. Halifax to Copenhagen, Denmark has dropped into the low $600s roundtrip.

WestJet added these new nonstop flights from Halifax to Lisbon, Madrid, and Copenhagen to their schedule last week. It's pretty incredible how many nonstop flights to Europe are now available from Halifax!

You can also try searching for Multi-City trips on similar dates (flying into one city and home from another). One way flights within Europe are almost always cheap.

You can also usually find One Way flights to or from Europe on similar dates in the mid $200s.

WestJet has dropped the price of their flights from Halifax to Penticton, BC down to between $293 and $467 CAD roundtrip including taxes. The flights have 1 stop in Calgary each way. Penticton is known for it's wine region (Naramata Bench) and beautiful lakes.

I consider $293 roundtrip to be WestJet's clickbait (CB) price because it doesn't include checked luggage or carry-on. Not exactly a realistic way to travel. It's a price offered primarily to appear to be the cheapest in search engines and then upsell you. $467 roundtrip is the more realistic price because at least it includes checked luggage. But those with the WestJet World Elite credit card can take advantage of the clickbait price as it includes free checked luggage.

Vice-versa flights (Penticton to Halifax) are also available for a similar roundtrip price.
