Frankfurt is Condor's hub, and it's usually the cheapest, but that also means cheap flights to other cities via Frankfurt. Here are some examples, roundtrip after taxes, to various cities. In (parentheses) is what the next cheapest flight would be on a major carrier.
Innsbruck, Austria - $635 ($1438)
Zagreb, Croatia - $654 ($1471) -- my favorite
Copenhagen, Denmark - $693 ($1293)
Prague, Czech Republic - $719 ($1184)

With Condor, you can usually book one way flights for just a small markup. So open jaws can be very attractive.
If you want the lower return price AND an open jaw, you can do that only over the phone. There is an extra charge for that. However, in my experience, this charge can be waived if you politely ask and explain that you are only booking over the phone because there is now way to book an open jaw online.
Oh, an there are some pretty good deals to awesome Vienna as well. You could fly one direction to or from Innsbruck and the other direction from or to Vienna. Inbetween, you take a very cheap train, starting at 19 Euro, that takes less than 6 hours. If you take the train, I recommend a stop over in Salzburg which is on the way. :-)
