The flights have 1 stop in Frankfurt each way. The stopover on the way home is a long one (7 hours).
Condor charges $95 roundtrip for carry-on bags.

Take a look at Condor's flights to Europe in the summer at the moment. They seem to have dropped significantly, by at least 30%, including some extremely cheap ones to Frankfurt, Germany.
