Frankfurt is Condor's hub, and it's usually the cheapest, but that also means cheap flights to other cities via Frankfurt. Here are some examples, roundtrip after taxes, to various cities. In (parentheses) is what the next cheapest flight would be on a major carrier.
Innsbruck, Austria - $635 ($1438)
Zagreb, Croatia - $654 ($1471) -- my favorite
Copenhagen, Denmark - $693 ($1293)
Prague, Czech Republic - $719 ($1184)

Update: Also try Zagreb, Croatia - it's showing as $693 roundtrip after taxes. 50% cheaper than the next cheapest airline. Thanks to Ted for pointing that out!

July/August flights from Halifax to Europe are cheap on Condor at the moment - Germany is down to $558 roundtrip after tax!

Take a look at Condor's flights to Europe in the summer at the moment. They seem to have dropped significantly, by at least 30%, including some extremely cheap ones to Frankfurt, Germany.
