Last minute flight from Halifax to Chicago - $333 roundtrip after tax
22
March
If you've ever tried to fly to Chicago from Halifax, you know that the cheapest flights are usually around $650 roundtrip after tax. It's an expensive city to get to.
But for some reason, United and Air Canada have dropped the price of their last minute flights this upcoming weekend down to $333 roundtrip after tax. A very rare event.
Try March 26-29 on United.com for example - here's the screenshot:
Direct each way too.
On Air Canada, try March 26 to 28 or 29 over at AirCanada.com
Air Canada's connect in Toronto each way and are about $15 more.

I can highly recommend Pizzeria Uno (the original location in Chicago, not the lower quality franchises) for the authentic Chicago deep dish experience!
Chicago overall is a pretty awesome city.

Last week, I booked a flight from YHZ via EWR to MCO (Orlando) and back via ORD (Chicago) with Continental/United. 333 Euro, all in (except luggage fees). Nice. Silly thing is the return time of 23:55 - too late to catch the Airporter bus into Halifax that leaves at midnight.
Anyone here going to drive from the airport to Halifax just after midnight of March 28/29? Or we could share a cab and split the cost, eh. :-)
