Halifax to Phoenix - $316 roundtrip after taxes - throughout schedule, even over Christmas

UPDATE 10:13PM: Flights to Los Angeles and San Francisco now look to be down to $316 to $340 roundtrip after taxes on US Airways on certain dates.

Here's a $340 one to LAX in November...

Flights from Halifax to Phoenix just experienced an unadvertised fare drop on United. It looks to have affected their entire schedule, even up to throughout 2012.

There's even one over Christmas, making it about 65% cheaper than the next cheapest flights!


Here's an example search over Christmas...

But try a 3 day flexible search in any month you want, and you're likely to see them.

No, I have no idea how long it will last. Unadvertised fare drops on United can come and go any time. I find that in most cases they put the fares back up within about 24 hours.

You may also want to look at Los Angeles and San Francisco today. Flights on US Airways just dropped to around $428 roundtrip after taxes throughout the year. That's about 40% cheaper than the next cheapest airlines.

Deals to San Francisco from Halifax are extremely rare. Actually, deals to any West coast city from Halifax are rare.

    Thanks Lisa. It seems like the bottom to Vegas is around $460 roundtrip after taxes at the moment.

    Occasionally I've seen slightly cheaper ones from Halifax for around $425 on Continental.
