For those that are willing to take the gamble, Flair Air has added a new route from Halifax to Quebec City with introductory prices for $98 to $198 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The base fare without luggage (personal item only) is $98 CAD roundtrip.
The more realistic price is $198 roundtrip with a piece of carry-on luggage.
July and August flights are available. Vice-versa flights are available for a similar roundtrip price.
This is the first time there's ever been a great deal from Halifax to Quebec City.
Booking with Flair comes with risk. They've been known to drop routes without warning. If a flight is cancelled or delayed they usually don't have an alternative way of getting you to your destination (many routes only have flights 2-3 times a week). This tends to become a larger risk during winter when weather can affect the operations of all airlines.
UPDATE - Dates in the second half of July and September, October are available again.
