It looks like WestJet is selling off some of their end of season flights from Halifax to Glasgow, Scotland (GLA) for just $499 CAD roundtrip including taxes!

2. Search for a flight from Halifax to Glasgow, Scotland (GLA)
The key is to find (and search for) ...
departure dates with a price of $191 CAD including taxes
Sep 27 - 2 seats left
Oct 4 - 1 seat left
Oct 10 - ?? seats left
return dates with a price of $306 CAD including taxes
Oct 18 - 4 seats left
So for multiple passengers, and reasonable trip length, using the dates of Oct 10-18 looks to be the one to focus on.

Obviously with such limited dates and available seats, this may not last long. Sometimes WestJet adds a few more cheap seats as they go.
It can also be worth trying on Expedia.ca - who are showing this inventory and pricing as well.
