Air Canada has dropped the price of a few June flights from Halifax to Costa Rica down to $555 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights have 1 stop each way in Toronto.
Flights to Costa Rica have been ridiculously expensive for a long time. Flights with decent layovers like these have typically been priced at $1200 roundtrip or higher.
June is the second month of Costa Rica’s rainy season. The rainy season starts out gentle and gradually builds over time. In June most days start off clear and sunny. Any rain that falls generally does so in the late afternoon.
UPDATE - These have sold out. Flights are still available in the low $600s roundtrip but with much longer layover times.
